Belgrade is the party city that Europe's backpacker circuit somehow keeps sleeping on, and honestly, that's the best thing about it right now. The drinks are cheaper than anywhere in Western Europe, the clubs run until noon the next day, and the floating river bars called splavs are unlike anything else on the continent.
